Any workflow. Six weeks. Measured results.

We use AI to automate the operations that matter.

Less busyness. More business.

Give your people superpowers.

90% drudgery, 10% judgment. Use AI so your people only do the 10% and move 10x faster.

Drudgery is out.

It's what stands between your people and the job. AI does it, start to finish, before they open the file.

Judgment is in.

What to approve, what to push back on, what's off. Your people do that, and only that, on every job.

Massive payoff.

Far more gets done, in consistently excellent quality. You get faster delivery, more business.

Start with one. Build the rest on the same platform.

Specialized for you, not for the masses.

A slate is not a hundred features for everybody, packed into one app. It’s made exactly for your workflow, built around how your people actually work. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Enterprise grade.

The platform is built for the whole company: secure and governable, with SSO, SCIM, uptime SLAs and white-glove support. Your CTO will love you for it.

Applied AI.

1 trillion+ tokens a quarter, in production.

That is what our deployed agents process, inside businesses, on mission-critical work. We're not building shiny demos. We're building production systems.

Interweaving river channels joining into one broad flow

250 billion+ tokens for software development this year.

Per employee, on development alone. AI is how we work, all day, every day. Along the way we've built lots of open-source tooling and skills.

Stone cairns marking a well-worn mountain trail

40% to 93% accuracy in three days of autonomous Fable.

That was accuracy on a single tool. We frame problems with verifiable rewards and then let agents rip. It's the Bitter Lesson applied.

The last 7% isn't worth it.

We live and breathe value. We know where AI fails and where it's confidently wrong. Usually, 93% accuracy is already 10x the throughput you had.

The Six-Week Sprint

Built with the people who do the work. With measured results

1

Day 1: Learn it from the people who do it.

Not the process document. The job. The shortcuts, the exceptions, the step everyone dreads. One day in the room with the people who run it teaches us most of what the tool needs to know.

2

Week 2: Working. Unfinished. In use.

A slate on the actual jobs. Not finished, on purpose: the first hour in your people's hands tells us more than a month of specs. Then tight iteration, day after day, week after week.

3

Week 6: Two things have to be true.

Nobody is told to use it, they choose to. Your team gives it a minimum 9 out of 10 on the NPS question and the business impact is measured. One without the other isn't done.

A finished stone bowl with smooth curves and a polished rim

Trying it is the easy part.

Five things to know before you do. None of them is fine print.

01.The guarantee.
If the Sprint doesn't give your team time back, we keep working at no extra cost until it does. That holds as long as your people show up to the weekly sessions and use the slate on real work.
02.The off-ramp.
By week two there's a working slate in your people's hands. If there isn't, you can stop, no questions asked.
03.Ownership.
The slate runs in your organization and stays yours. That's true whether we work together again or not.
04.Your time.
A few hours a week from the people doing the work. Not a project team, not a steering committee. They show us the job and tell us what's off. The build is ours.
05.Your systems.
Nothing to replace. The slate is built on what you already run, and your people use it like any other tool, not a chatbox they have to learn to prompt.
